Drift Fund sells a digital service: access to a simulated trading evaluation on our own platform. Nothing is shipped and there are no physical goods. This page explains what you receive after payment, when, and what to do if it does not arrive.
1. What is delivered
A simulated trading account of the size and type you selected at checkout, with virtual funds, opened in your name on our trading terminal. Accounts that run on MetaTrader 5 also receive a broker login and password. Your dashboard shows the account, its rules and its live statistics from the moment it is issued.
2. When it is delivered
Delivery is automatic and immediate once the payment is confirmed. Card payments are confirmed in seconds. Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed once the transfer has been recorded on the network, usually within a few minutes; the checkout page shows the status in real time. MetaTrader 5 credentials are emailed within a few minutes of the account being issued.
3. How you receive it
The new account appears in your trader portal at driftfund.io/dashboard and a confirmation email is sent to the address on your account. You can start trading straight away. Keep the confirmation email: it is your proof of purchase and delivery.
4. If it does not arrive
If your payment was confirmed and no account appears within 30 minutes, write to [email protected] with the order number or the payment reference. We check every case within one business day and either issue the account or refund the payment in full, as described in our Refund Policy.
